Return and Refund Policy

At Zenite Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a specialized automotive textile and parts provider, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the quality of our inventory.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Uninstalled and Unused: Parts must not have been mounted, bolted on, or plugged in.

  • Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original box with all protective materials and tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order number.

  • Important for Electrical Parts & Sensors: Electronic components cannot be returned if they have been plugged in or if the seal has been broken.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at info@zeniteparts.com.

Return Address: Rua Luís de Camões, nº 64, Bombarral, 2540-113, Portugal. (Note: Please do not send items back without prior approval. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. We use our dedicated warehouse in Bombarral for all physical returns.)

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@zeniteparts.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Fabric cut to specific lengths beyond our standard units.

  • Used/Installed Parts: Any part showing signs of installation (grease marks, screw impressions).

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
