SHIPPING POLICY

At Zenite Parts, operated by UGURCAN NAMLICI, we take great care in packaging and shipping our specialized automotive textiles to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Origins & Destinations

We ship all orders directly from our warehouse located at Rua Luís de Camões nº 64, 2540-113 Bombarral, Portugal. We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands)

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

  • France (Metropolitan)

For other European destinations, please contact us at info@zeniteparts.com for a custom quote.

2. Processing Time

All orders for in-stock fabrics and parts are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, please allow additional days for transit.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods for Fabric Rolls

To ensure your fabric arrives in perfect condition without creases, we ship most fabrics rolled on heavy-duty tubes.

  • Small Items: Accessories or swatches may be shipped in envelopes or small boxes.

  • Large Orders: Multiple rolls may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safety.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zenite Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Within the European Union (EU), there are typically no customs duties.

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at info@zeniteparts.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We strongly recommend checking the roll for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at info@zeniteparts.com. Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
